Hey Hey! So I’m trying to put a bit more content up on the blog to showcase some sessions over the last couple of years that haven’t been updated. I spend a great deal of time adding fresh images to my instagram and even my Facebook but my actual website seems to collect dust frequently. I find that I’m not the most articulate with curating that wonderful content that engages. Images seem to due that job for me a whole lot easier over trying to add something along with each session. So, I’ll do my best to share as many as I can and showcase these amazing families.
I love seeing how families grow and what the littles are in to each year. I had such a fun time walking the trails with these two awesome parents and their adorable little boys.
When one of your loyal clients asks about a family session with the whole family for her mom, you get them all together and have a great time. It was such blast spending time with everyone and getting the sillies out. That's a whole lot of love!
So typically I put together images and let you scroll down, however with so many wonderful family photos I decided to go against my blog grain and put together a slideshow (don't worry there's no elevator music attached to it). This gorgeous family is such a great example of big family settings! We didn't really have to go anywhere, we got to have fun, be silly and capture everyone together. I love when I can do this for moms and dads, grandparents and siblings. It's truly a gift for me to see the dynamics of cousins, brothers and sisters, spouses! I love it! So take a look, enjoy this gorgeous family + let's plan your next family shoot!
So, I'm very behind in adding families to my blog! I'm slowly working through them! The Cramer Family and I spent time together in late 2017, it was a gorgeous fall day in Colorado, the colors were beautiful!
When it comes to awesome, this family radiates awesome and hilarious!! I'm not great with words, so I'll give it my best shot... The bond between them is seriously tangible, from the wittiness, the cleverness and the laughter. I enjoy spending time with them and I'm so blessed that I've been capturing memories for them since Caroline was pregnant with Lucy, weddings, babies and all the milestones in between. I cannot believe how big the kiddos are getting but feel like such a proud family friend to see how wonderful, kind, respectful and absolutely outstanding they are as people.
Ok, ok enough with my schmoozing over how rad they are, let the images show you!
We got really lucky getting out to the park with Nellie and so close to Kathryn's first birthday. Sara and I have known each other since we were starting elementary school, it's such a blessing to see her as a mother and the joy their daughter brings to them.
Nellie is no longer earth side, she's crossed the rainbow bridge and will wait for her mom and dad, until then I'm sure she wading deep into the rivers, going on long walks and hopefully frolicking with Sammy and Max (Sara's childhood pups, whom were always such great wonderful dogs).
I'm not terribly good at this word smith thing, so I'll do my best to be engaging and help write the words that bring you to the story here, if my words can't do it may the moments captured help envelope you in emotion and bring you to a warm fall evening with such a cute family and their beloved pup.
